The slots are of two and a half hours duration maximum.

Rehearsal studios must be pre-booked from the Cultural Service (action.culturelle@univ-poitiers.fr)

Documents required to make a rehearsal studio booking:

• Internal Regulations filled out and signed  (sent by the Student Union “Maison de l’Étudiant”).
• A certificate of civil liability for each member of the group
• A photocopy of your student ID (or professional cards for staff)
• €35 per person / group member, for a slot during the academic year (excluding university holidays) or €20 per slot during a semester (September to January or February to June). Payment in cash or by check made out to the following beneficiary: “Agent comptable de l’Université de Poitiers”
• Before using the rehearsal studio there is a mandatory one hour interview to provide the user(s) with information on the use and maintenance of the sound equipment.
