If you receive a scholarship after your enrolment

This applies to:

• A CROUS need-based scholarship
• A scholarship from the French Government

As soon as you receive your scholarship award notification, you must submit it to the administrative office of your faculty or school.

If you don’t receive scholarship

You may apply to the University Fund to request a partial refund of your university registration fees (RDU), up to a maximum of 85% of the total fees.

To be eligible, you must be enrolled at the University of Poitiers in a national degree programme at Bachelor’s or Master’s level. PhD students are not eligible for this scheme.

The partial reimbursement of tuition fees may be granted up to three times during a student’s academic career. The award is subject to a social assessment carried out by the University’s social services.

Please note that students in their first year of study at the University of Poitiers are not eligible for this scheme.
