If you wish to register for the first time at the University of Poitiers for the first year of a bachelor’s degree course or for the first year of Medical studies:
The “green file” procedure, also called « demande d’admission préalable (DAP) » (preliminary admission request) is meant for international students (from outside the European Union), who hold or will soon hold a secondary school diploma, residing in France and who wish to register in France for the first year of a bachelor’s degree course, or for the first year of Medical studies at the university of Poitiers.
Requirements for admission
The applicants must meet all the eligibility conditions to have access to higher education in their own country: a high school diploma, a university admission test, etc.
Registration formalities
Between between December 3rd and February 1st, applicants may have access to the “green form” in three different ways:

by sending a letter of application written in French enclosing a postage-paid envelope with their name, first name, and address, before December 31st
Application files should be filed before February 1st, at the same address either directly or by post, the postmark date providing evidence of compliance with the deadline.
