Steering committee

A multidisciplinary steering committee coordinates the smooth running of this project by mobilising everyone’s expertise.

IDEFI PaRé Coordinator

The reflection on the construction of an inclusive university was initiated well upstream, under the impulse of the PaRé project (IDEFI PaRé project within the framework of an ANR call for projects). Actions have thus been carried out since 2012, by means of collective and collaborative work, with a view to transversality, in order to experiment with new ways of teaching, to co-construct with students, to support them and to imagine new living and working spaces, with an eye on the plural success of students in their diversity.

Service Handicap Etudiants (Department for Disabled Students)

This project is run by the Service Handicap Etudiants of the University of Poitiers. Its mission is to support students with disabilities or health problems throughout their studies by offering study and exam accommodations. More generally, it helps to make the university environment more inclusive and accessible to all.

HandiSup Centre-Ouest

HandiSup Centre-Ouest is an association committed to the inclusion of high school and university students at the University of Poitiers. In partnership with the Service Handicap Etudiants, it contributes to the success of student life, in particular through human support and life on campus.

The PHARES programme workshops, run by civic service volunteers, enable high school students with disabilities to discover the university before their studies. The game has been part of this project since its beginnings and will be offered to the students during these workshops, among other activities to discover the university world.

Teachers-researchers

Teacher-researchers from the XLim and CEREGE laboratories, specialised in virtual images, video games (especially serious games), and cultural and creative industries, contributed their expertise to the design of this video game.

They also wrote an article for the PRUNE conference on the edutainment issues of this project.

I-Media – TICE Unit

The TICE unit (Information and Communication Technologies for Education) of the Information Systems Department of the University of Poitiers coordinates the technical aspect in conjunction with the video game development studio.

Pédagolab

The Pédagolab at the University of Poitiers provides a look at the edutainment potential and the student learning experience through the practice of video games.
